Kelly Halladay, MS, LPC-IT, SAC-IT

Hello! I’m Kelly. I am a therapist who specializes in relationships, trauma, and addiction recovery. I help individuals and couples understand their patterns, heal old wounds, and rebuild connection from a place of self-awareness and strength. My approach blends compassion with accountability; I will listen deeply, and I will challenge you when it matters and in a way that feels supportive. I believe real healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest and brave enough to grow. Being a therapist is such a beautiful gift and it would be a privilege to be a part of your journey.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and I have over five years of experience in the counseling field, spanning both administrative and clinical roles. During my clinical internship, I worked with individuals in substance use recovery within Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) settings. This experience strengthened my passion for trauma-informed care and my belief in meeting clients with both compassion and accountability as they move toward lasting change.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you will usually find me spending time with family, cuddling my cats, or trying new restaurants. I love a good workout, the Milwaukee Brewers, quiet nights in, and small ways to create calm and intention in everyday life. The same values that guide my work ~ authenticity, connection and growth ~ are the ones I try to live by as well.
